Training and Case Manager

Tiffany Chen joined OEI in November 2022.  Her previous experience in higher education ranges not only from working at a variety of Title IX and Civil Rights Offices but also academic advising, programming and ombudsing.  Her background in legal compliance with a Masters in Student Affairs administration has helped her significantly tailor and target her work when supporting those who have been impacted by discrimination under Title II, Title VI, Title VII and Title IX.  Tiffany received a bachelor’s in English with a minor in TESOL at Michigan State University.  Since then, she has worked in a variety of capacities around legal compliance, policy development and student affairs to best tailor her work and educational programs towards forging a path in not only legal compliance but also promoting dialogue and education around diversity, equity and inclusion on college campuses for students and employees.
